Cozy Moms Club is a ten-session group experience at Ollie for honest conversations about motherhood and trusted guidance when questions come up.
Some weeks you may arrive with questions. Other weeks, you may simply need to say something out loud. There is no pressure to have everything figured out.
Children are welcome.
Confirmed dates: October 9, 16, 23, 30; November 6, 13, 20; December 4, 11, 18, 2026. Fridays, 10:00–11:00 AM Eastern. No session November 27.

Nicol Perez is a mom, NBC-HWC board-certified health and wellness coach, mental health coach for moms and moms-to-be, pre and postnatal yoga teacher, and founder of Birth of a Mom.
