At Ollie that means longer, unhurried visits, direct access to your pediatric team through the app, guaranteed same-day appointments, and care that’s proactive instead of rushed.

The biggest differences are time and access. Traditional pediatric practices often care for large patient panels and operate within tightly scheduled visit windows. Ollie intentionally limits its membership so our team can offer more time, greater continuity, and more direct communication.

Ollie offers more than one membership option, depending on the level of access and support your family wants. During a complimentary discovery call, we’ll explain each option, what is included, and the complete annual investment so you can make an informed decision.

No. Ollie operates outside of the traditional insurance model. Insurance typically reimburses for individual medical visits, but not for the ongoing relationship, extended appointments, proactive guidance, and personalized access that our families value most. Our membership allows us to provide a level of care that simply isn’t supported by the traditional insurance system.

While Ollie is not contracted with insurance companies, many families continue to use their health insurance for services outside of Ollie, including prescriptions, laboratory testing, imaging, specialist visits, emergency care, and hospital services.

Many of our families join precisely while their children are healthy — because the model is built around keeping them that way. Well-child care, developmental screenings, mental wellness checks, nutrition and sleep support all work best proactively, and the direct access means when something does come up, you’re never waiting.

Most families come to Ollie because they want more time with their pediatrician, easier access when questions arise, and a healthcare partner who knows their child beyond a 15-minute visit. They aren’t looking for more medicine — they’re looking for a different relationship with pediatric care.
