Pediatric Membership: Care Without Compromise

Care without compromise. Designed around families.

At Ollie Pediatrics in Miami, we do things differently. We believe pediatric care should be personal, proactive, and relationship‑based — not rushed or transactional. That’s why we operate on a membership model. Membership allows us to limit the number of families we care for and provide a level of access, continuity, and support that traditional practices simply can’t offer.

What Membership Means at Ollie

Membership gives your family a direct relationship with your pediatric care team — without the barriers, delays, or fragmentation common in traditional healthcare.

Our programs are intentionally limited to ensure every family receives thoughtful, unrushed care.

Two Paths to Care

Concierge Pediatric Care

For families who want direct access to their pediatrician, ongoing guidance, and a modern, relationship‑based approach to care — while keeping things streamlined and flexible.

Private Concierge Pediatric Care

For families who want a deeper, fully private pediatric relationship with proactive planning, expanded services, and the highest level of continuity and access. This option is intentionally limited and designed for families who value depth, availability, and long‑term partnership in their child’s care.

What We Don’t Believe In

  • Rushed appointments
  • Long wait times
  • Gatekeepers between you and your doctor
  • Feeling dismissed or unheard
  • One‑size‑fits‑all medicine

At Ollie, your pediatrician knows your child — and your family — beyond a single visit.

Membership Details

Because availability is limited and each family’s needs are different, membership details are discussed during your discovery call.

Book a Discovery Call

We’ll take a few minutes to learn about your family, answer questions, and help determine which membership option makes the most sense for you. Ollie Pediatrics is not an insurance plan. Membership provides access to defined pediatric services and support.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s included in an Ollie Pediatrics membership?

Membership includes direct access to your child’s Pediatrician, longer visits, guaranteed same-day appointments, 24/7 access to your care team via the Ollie App, in-app scheduling, bi-annual mental wellness evaluations, and access to our multidisciplinary team — psychology, nutrition, sleep, and parent coaching.

How much does the membership cost?

Ollie offers more than one membership option, depending on the level of access and support your family wants. During a complimentary discovery call, we’ll explain each option, what is included, and the complete annual investment so you can make an informed decision.

Can we still use our health insurance?

No. Ollie operates outside of the traditional insurance model. Insurance typically reimburses for individual medical visits, but not for the ongoing relationship, extended appointments, proactive guidance, and personalized access that our families value most. Our membership allows us to provide a level of care that simply isn’t supported by the traditional insurance system.

While Ollie is not contracted with insurance companies, many families continue to use their health insurance for services outside of Ollie, including prescriptions, laboratory testing, imaging, specialist visits, emergency care, and hospital services.

When is the best time to join — can we start with a newborn?

Anytime, and yes — many families join during pregnancy or right after birth, which lets us support feeding, sleep, and those intense first weeks from day one. Older children are equally welcome; we’ll start with a thorough getting-to-know-your-child visit.

Is there a waiting list?

Because we intentionally limit the number of families each pediatrician serves, availability depends on the current capacity of the practice. A discovery call is the easiest way to confirm openings and determine which membership option may fit your family.

Can Ollie be my child’s primary pediatrician?

Yes. Ollie serves as your child’s primary care pediatric practice. We provide preventive care, sick visits, developmental care, vaccinations, chronic disease management, care coordination, and ongoing guidance from birth through adolescence. When specialized care is needed, we coordinate closely with trusted specialists while remaining your family’s medical home.
