Trusted guidance when we need it
We talk about the parts of motherhood that don't always come up in everyday conversation. There's no pressure to have everything figured out.
The mental load, guilt, changes in identity, relationship strain, comparison, overstimulation, and the moments that catch you off guard.
We laugh, we listen, and when we need guidance, we hear from people we trust. You can ask a question, share what is real, or simply take a seat and listen.
Every gathering leaves room for the group to bring what is actually happening that week.
Bring your coffee, your child, your questions, or none of the above. You don't need to prepare anything.
Share what has been on your mind, hear what other moms are carrying, and take what helps.
Ask questions in the room or submit them in advance for visiting maternal and pediatric experts.
The invisible mental load, overstimulation, anger, depleted capacity, guilt, and the pressure to keep everything moving.
Identity, reconnecting with yourself, comparison, confidence, perfectionism, and learning to trust your own voice again.
Partnership, co-parenting, communication, boundaries, family expectations, and asking for the support you actually need.

We meet Fridays at 10:00 AM beginning September 18, 2026. Cozy Moms Club is one complete 10-week experience so the room can become more familiar, comfortable, and honest from week to week.
