Expert Q&A

Trusted guidance when we need it

Inside the room

Some weeks you come with questions. Some weeks you just need to say it out loud.

We talk about the parts of motherhood that don't always come up in everyday conversation. There's no pressure to have everything figured out.

What gets carried quietly

The mental load, guilt, changes in identity, relationship strain, comparison, overstimulation, and the moments that catch you off guard.

What happens here

We laugh, we listen, and when we need guidance, we hear from people we trust. You can ask a question, share what is real, or simply take a seat and listen.

A morning together

Conversation first. Trusted guidance when you need it.

Every gathering leaves room for the group to bring what is actually happening that week.

Arrive

Settle in exactly as you are

Bring your coffee, your child, your questions, or none of the above. You don't need to prepare anything.

Talk and listen

A real conversation led by Nicol

Share what has been on your mind, hear what other moms are carrying, and take what helps.

Ask

Expert Q&A without the conflicting advice spiral

Ask questions in the room or submit them in advance for visiting maternal and pediatric experts.

What we talk about

Real motherhood, without pretending there is one right way to do it.

1

The load you carry

The invisible mental load, overstimulation, anger, depleted capacity, guilt, and the pressure to keep everything moving.

2

Who you are now

Identity, reconnecting with yourself, comparison, confidence, perfectionism, and learning to trust your own voice again.

3

The relationships around you

Partnership, co-parenting, communication, boundaries, family expectations, and asking for the support you actually need.

FAQ

A few things to know before you come.

The group is designed to make showing up feel easier, not like one more thing to get right.

What stage of motherhood is this for?

Cozy Moms Club is open to mothers at different stages and is not tied to one specific age of child.

Can I bring my child?

Yes. Children are welcome. A support person will help engage and supervise children nearby, while each parent or caregiver remains onsite and responsible for care, feeding, diapering, safety, and other needs. Eligible ages and what to bring will be shared before the first session.

Do I have to talk every week?

No. You can share, ask a question, or simply listen. There is no pressure to arrive with a story or have anything figured out.

What kinds of experts may join?

The rotating schedule may include Ollie pediatricians and trusted specialists in areas such as lactation, sleep, and nutrition. The final roster will be posted when confirmed.

Can I register for individual weeks?

Registration is for the complete 10-week series. Individual gatherings are not available separately.

Is Cozy Moms Club therapy?

No. Cozy Moms Club is a facilitated support and coaching space, not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or crisis care. Nicol does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and clinical or urgent needs are referred to an appropriate licensed provider.
