Frequently Asked Questions

Who provides nutrition coaching at Ollie?

Adrienne Sugimoto, RDN, our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, works with families on everything from starting solids to teen nutrition — practical, judgment-free guidance grounded in evidence.

Can you help with a picky eater?

Yes — picky eating is one of the most common things we help with. We look at what’s normal for the age, what’s worth addressing, and give you concrete strategies that lower the dinner-table stress for everyone.

Do you work with food allergies and intolerances?

Yes. Our registered dietitian can help families navigate nutrition after a food allergy or intolerance is suspected or diagnosed, including label reading, balanced substitutions, meal planning, and reducing unnecessary dietary restriction. Medical testing, diagnosis, and emergency allergy management remain under the care of your pediatrician and, when needed, an allergist.

Is nutrition coaching included in membership?

Every Ollie member receives age-appropriate nutrition guidance as part of their child’s pediatric care — from feeding newborns and introducing solids to picky eating, healthy growth, and adolescent nutrition. When more specialized nutritional support is needed, our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist works closely with your pediatrician to provide personalized recommendations based on your child’s unique needs. We’ll review the nutrition services available with your membership during your discovery call.
