As your Membership Concierge at Ollie Pediatrics, one of my greatest joys is helping families feel welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for every step of the way.

I’ve often been told I have the energy of a cruise director, and honestly, I take that as a compliment! Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in banking, insurance, and luxury hospitality environments, serving individuals and families who value personalized service and meaningful relationships. Those experiences taught me that exceptional service isn’t just about solving problems it’s about anticipating needs, paying attention to the little details, and helping people feel truly cared for.

At Ollie, my role is to help make your family’s experience feel seamless, personal, and stress-free. Whether I’m coordinating care, helping with referrals and follow-ups, answering questions, supporting workshops and events, or simply making sure you know who to call when you need something, I’m here to help ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Family means everything to me. As a caregiver for my mother and a proud uncle, I’ve learned the importance of patience, empathy, and treating every family with the same level of care and attention I would want for my own loved ones.

I believe healthcare should feel personal. A warm smile, a reassuring conversation, and knowing someone is there to help can make all the difference when you’re caring for the people you love most. My goal is simple: to help your family feel supported so you can focus on what matters most—your children.
