Big feelings meet a very important new role.

Children learn what to expect when baby comes home and how to connect safely, gently, and meaningfully with their new sibling.

Meet Monica Phillips.

Monica is the owner and founder of Guiding Growth and a pediatric occupational therapist with more than 23 years of experience helping children and families thrive.

She holds a Master’s degree in Family and Human Development and is a Certified Infant Massage Teacher with advanced training in infant development, sensory processing, motor development, and early childhood intervention.

As a wife, mother of two, educator, and sought-after speaker, Monica combines clinical knowledge with practical solutions. Her warm, approachable teaching style creates meaningful experiences that help children flourish and families feel supported every step of the way.

When are the classes?

Massage to Milestones runs as two Tuesday series: September 29, October 6, 13, and 20; and October 27, November 3, 10, and 17. Start time is being confirmed. Super Siblings meets October 17, November 14, and December 12 at 10:00 AM.

Who is Massage to Milestones for?

The four-week series is designed for infants 6 weeks through pre-crawling and their caregivers.

Who is Super Siblings for?

The class is designed for children ages 2–8 in families preparing to welcome a new baby during the second or third trimester.

How much do the classes cost?

Massage to Milestones is $280 for the four-week series. Super Siblings is $75. Final checkout details, including the billing unit, will be confirmed when registration opens.
