Milestone guidance each weekDevelopment woven into every session
Each week also includes simple guidance for tummy time, rolling, reaching, visual tracking, weight shifting, and early play.
Simple, supportive strategies designed to continue at home.
Caregiver + babyA calmer way to learn
Each session makes room for connection, comfort, and real life. You practice the technique while learning how to notice what your baby is communicating.
Begin at your baby's pace, with time to get comfortable before adding touch or movement.
Learn when to continue, slow down, pause, or change position based on your baby's responses.
Leave with a simple sequence you can repeat during calm moments without recreating a classroom.
Massage to Milestones
Every session adds new massage techniques plus hands-on coaching for early developmental milestones—giving you practical activities to use at home.
Techniques designed to promote relaxation while supporting healthy digestion and helping to ease constipation and gas.
Techniques that promote body awareness and comfort during periods of mild chest congestion.
Strategies to increase oral motor awareness and provide comfort during teething.
Complete your baby’s full-body massage routine and reinforce techniques learned throughout the course.
Practice that builds confidence
This is hands-on learning with room for questions. Every technique is demonstrated, practiced, and adapted so it feels natural for you and your baby.
Watch the movement, try it with your baby, and receive calm guidance while you practice.
Babies set the rhythm. Feeding, soothing, repositioning, and taking a break are all part of the experience.
Use what works now, then adapt the routine as your baby's comfort, movement, and developmental needs change.
